The words ‘Flyover State’ are starting to lose association with Columbus, Ohio. Visitors from all over the U.S. are starting to agree that C-bus is a pretty hip, and a fun place to visit or live. An article from National Geographic gives claim of Millennial Mantle to Columbus, Ohio which  may be attributed to the youth, affordability and the on the go lifestyle of our city.  Columbus Downtown Apartment and Condo dwellers truly have the amenities and benefits of a big city at their finger tips.

Arena CrossingFlats on VineFlats IIApartments at the Yard, Parks Edge828 at the Yard– just to name a few of the sought after and up-and-coming downtown apartments and condos that are surrounded by amenities and free transportation via C-bus. Arena District residents have the convenience of nearby restaurants and bars, Nationwide Arena for Blue Jackets games and concerts and Huntington park to watch the Columbus Clippers is a home run! They are also convenient for many businesses in the area if you would prefer a short morning commute whether you drive a few blocks, take a CoGo, ride the C-bus or walk.

From slow drip to latte’s, french press and pour overs there are so many choices when it comes to good coffee in downtown Columbus. If you don’t believe us, just check out the Experience Columbus Coffee Trail  which features 20 downtown coffee roasters, they’ll even give you a free shirt if you visit 4 different locations! We highly suggest a cinnamon roll and iced latte from Fox in the Snow Cafe!

We love our Art!

Whether your passing a building mural, taking a stroll during gallery hop, or spending an afternoon looking at fine art, it’s easy to see art is taking over downtown Columbus. Institutions like Columbus Museum of Art, The Wexner Center, and Pizzuti Collection make the city a cultural hot spot. The Columbus Museum of Art is FREE on Sundays, a great time to get the family together for an afternoon activity.
